This is a question I have begun to ask myself a lot lately.
My good news is my grandfather got he test results back and he got a good report. If you didn't know my grandfather was diagnosed with lung cancer about 5 years ago. He has been battleing this for a long time, with it spreading everywhere, but within the last year he has been in what Doctors call "remission" but he still has to go back every 6 months and be checked to make sure it isn't spreading or growing. So that is b;essing not only for him but our family as well, with just losing my grandmother I don't think we could handle my grandfather too.
Now for my bad news....last night we recieved a call from Amelia (Aaron's sister) saying his dad's defibrilator kept going off and they were taking him to the hospital. So we jump up Aaron heads to the hospital and I go to sit with his sister and her baby. The hospital decided to transport him to Beaumont hosptial, St. Elizabeth's, last I heard about 7:00 am they were there and waiting on a room and the cardiologist. Why is it Dr's/hospitals are slow but quick to send a bill. I know these people have lives outside of work but we are all just sitting and waiting and that makes for a L-O-N-G night which has now turned into day! I will keep everyone up to date on this situation.
And the best news is at 3:40 today Spring Break officially starts....YEAH!!!
